I just finished Princess Tutu, and it's one of the best anime I have ever seen.  I don't understand how anyone could take issue with the ending...unless you like endings that wrap absolutely everything up and leave no hope for more (not more episodes, but more to the characters' stories).  The message running all through the show is hope, and the ( Read more... )

Home at last, safe and sound.  I was really planning on taking a nap this afternoon before showering and such to get ready for ward prayer, but then I discovered that during my absence both Princess Tutu and the first season of Freakazoid arrived.  So clearly, the only remaining question is - which??  *bounces away*

I just spent the afternoon watching eight episodes of Princess Tutu, and WOW.  Just wow.  That show is amazing and srsly almost had me crying at the last episode of the Chapter of the Egg.  The whole show is split into two chapters, so now I've seen the first.  It reached a conclusion, so I have no idea where things are going next.  But it is ( Read more... )
